This is a FUN workout. The ILKB Federal Way staff is great, keeping you engaged and accountable, and encouraging you to do your best! Not only that, the other members are encouraging too! There is always a friendly smile, supportive fist bumps, (We're wearing gloves, you see!) and a little friendly competition to help push you a little further.
I really appreciate the heart rate monitors and the board that shows you how you're doing so you can push yourself!!
