ILKB 6 week challenge has really helped me hone in on my self-care. It’s shown me where I can improve, and the coaches have been very supportive when I’ve run into struggles. I love coming in to be at least 1% better, and it’s pushed me to think about fitness as a more healthy, long term lifestyle. I’m also meeting many lovely fellow trainees, and it’s great to be able to have a network to support each other. It feels like the best mix of group workouts and self-competition.
