ILKB has changed my life in only a couple of weeks. Since the first day I joined ILKB at Federal Way I look forward to working out with their awesome instructors. They are so kind, caring, friendly and encouraging, they motivate me (and everyone) to come in every day and it has really been the best hour of my days. The changes have not only been physical but also mentally, I fell stronger and more confident with each class. I'd recommend to join to everyone who needs motivation and is ready to make changes. PS. One of my favorite things about ILKB Federal Way (WA) is that the studio is always sparkling clean.
