Love this place! Go to the location in Kent, WA & the Instructors are terrific! They encourage, push and listen to you. Need to modify to keep your body safe? That is OK! They work with you. Always have a terrific workout that continually challenges me and I keep coming back. Great workout and a great way to get daily life frustrations out. Give it a try!!
