Joining ILKB has been a great decision! I look forward to each class and have been finally keeping a consistent workout schedule thanks to the motivation and friendliness of the staff and other members. I am part of a great community of like minded individuals as a member here :) Highly recommend to someone looking for a new workout. I leave here in a great mood everytime.
