ILKB was the best choice I’ve made! They have GREAT workouts plus the very flexible workout schedule is amazing and I’m able to workout at my convenience! I absolutely love the 6 week challenges! It’s clean and absolutely the best staff ever! NEVER felt like I couldn’t do something!! You go in ready to kick and punch the stress out and get 100% more than that!!!
