I love ILKB! I have always had a tough time sticking with exercising until I started kickboxing. The classes make working out fun! The instructors are great and very knowledgeable about the workouts, modifying for injuries, and about eating healthy. I have a knee injury and they always make sure I don’t injury myself and use proper form. The instructors motivate you throughout the class and you get a full body workout! I highly recommend ILKB!
