Really appalling. I'm sorry to say this was the worst customer experience I've ever had! Ordered 6 frames, they didn't arrive for about 2 months, tried to call and email, no response. Eventually I did receive a response and was sent upgraded frames. However 2 of them were the wrong size and not what I ordered. Phoned and emailed several times again, impossible to get a response. I'm stuck with 2 incorrect frames, the website is down, no-one ever answers the phone or replies to emails. Hopeless company.
