Ordered a frame in plenty of time for Christmas (3 weeks before), 20 days later nothing had arrived and the web site was telling me 'order in progress'. I e.mailed to request delivery by the following Friday, 4 days later, or cancel the order as I was concerned that I would not have it in time. The next day I had a text to say it was with the courier and the day after it arrived. The frame was excellent, just a shame that I had to chase them to get it delivered.
