Website was easy to use. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout the process and was advised when it would be delivered which was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the frames and think I could have bought a better one from the high street had I not needed a specialised size. However, I expect that once they are on the wall I won't notice this. Overall experience good
