I chased because we thought the simple order (our first) was taking too long . Your young lady handled my call impecably and the two frames were delivered as scheduled. We do not check our e-mails every day so were not aware of the delivery day or slot until my second phone call. My wife is very pleased with the product and it represents fair value and is as described.
