I needed an A0 frame to be delivered to my home in South-East London by a Friday for my Dad's birthday. I had been let down a few times by other vendors. I called Image Picture Frames Limited on Wednesday of the same week. Spoke to a very friendly lady who was willing to help. She walked me through how to place my order and the extras that I would need. I paid £7.99 for a standard delivery, which would have taken at least a week, but she changed it to a Saturday delivery. Saturday was too late but it was a lot better than nothing. In the end the frame was delivered on the day I needed it (Friday), in the morning. This was AMAZING. I was so happy. This is a great company with friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely advise the use of Image Picture Frames Limited. I know I will again in the future
