Overall, I am very happy. I used to have to spend time getting 5000 cards printed off for a marketing run, then get stamps stuck on and then post them. Now I can do everything online and it is so much quicker and less hassle. The person I dealt with has been fine, too, and helped me through each stage, especially with the first run, when it was all new. They do seem to be highly professional, and very keen to make sure a quality product that meets your satisfaction is sent to your customers. There is always someone at the end of the phone to answer questions. The website is mostly good, but a little mixed up at times. I had to create a new account when I did my second marketing run for some strange reason and they seem unable to apply discounts easily into their website without having to involve someone from imail at the end of the phone. The site has certainly saved me money so far but the cost is creeping up and is getting closer to Royal Mail's cost. I hope they ensure there is enough of a gap between their prices and Royal Mail's in the future to make it worth staying with them.
