Absolutely the worst. I am in Riyadh, KSA, and have a shipment stuck in the same city since the 6th of Jan with failed delivery after delivery with a courier who LIES about attempting to contact me. I contact customer service and they've barely been any helpful, giving me an unregistered number to contact the courier at which DOES NOT WORK.
I wish I could rate them less than one star -- completely unprofessional and honestly should stop handling people's shipments.
