iMile opened the box, stole a watch, patched the box with clear tape, and now they said they are not responsible since the package was delivered. They are not trustworthy.

Very bad customer service. I've booked from them 3 days ago until now nobody shows up, even customer service promises they will call me back within 24hrs but no one call as expected.

IMILE is a very bad and incompetent company. I have been waiting for my parcel since 2 August and I haven’t received it even now!!! It’s been stuck on shipping from Johannesburg for 3 days now

Taxes have been paid, but they keep on sending msg stating that package will be sent back due to unpaid charges. I have called 4 times and sent proof of payment twice already, just to here my package is unpaid and will be sent back. Incompetent customer service.

My order from Shein not been delivered,although you're saying it was delivered on 1st August,and signed for. You are incompetent. I want my parcel,in the next few days or I will be seeking advice from the officers of Fair Trading!!!

The delivery driver threw my package out of his car window. Got out and kicked it down the stairs. I sent them the video footage and received no apology; the only response was that they spoke to the driver, and he denied it, even after I sent them video footage of the incident.

I’ve been sending emails for over a week now regarding a delivery issue with my package. Despite the tracking status stating that the package was delivered, I did not receive my package! It has now been a week, and I have not received any response or assistance from your team. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the seriousness of the issue. I will be forced to escalate this matter further through the seller I purchased from, lodge a complaint with consumer protection authorities, and share my experience publicly. I believe it is quite unprofessional and disrespectful to treat a customer like this.

I was initially anxious when I noticed Shein used iMile for my delivery, but I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome! I placed my order on July 15 and received it this morning, July 23, in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. I’ve never had a package delivered this quickly before from Shein. I’m genuinely amazed and delighted by the exceptional service! Defintely experienced 5 star service!

Have had 3 separate items fail to be delivered. Tracking info says unknown or incorrect address. I have tried contacting them by various means but no reply. No other courier service or Australia Post have any problem delivering to my addresss. I wonder what address database they use- must be out of date or incorrect. A truly shocking service! If they attempted to actually deliver my parcel I could guarantee that my address would be found easily.

They keep failing to deliver my packages from Temu sighting nowhere safe to leave the parcel. There are instructions at the doorbell how to contact the building onsite manager, and they have failed to do so, even after giving instructions over the phone directly to the driver. The company phone number gets you and automated message that can't be understood and there's no information of the depot address so you can collect the item yourself. I have emailed the company and had no response. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I have requested Temu not to use them.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with iMile, the delivery company handling my recent AliExpress orders in the UAE. My experience, specifically concerning an order with 16 items, has been nothing short of a complete disaster. Initially, iMile contacted me for my exact location, which I provided clearly. However, for reasons unknown to me, their system or drivers seem unable to recognize or navigate to this location. Instead, they consistently update my delivery address to a "nearest landmark" that is approximately 8 minutes away from my actual address, causing immense confusion and delays. The daily struggle with their delivery process is unacceptable: Constant Redirection: Every day, a different iMile driver contacts me, again asking for my location. After I provide it, they frequently apologize and state that my zone is "not their delivery zone," promising that another driver will deliver it "tomorrow." Lack of Communication: Sometimes, after receiving my location, drivers simply stop responding, leaving me in the dark about my package's status. Unprofessional Pick-up Requests: On multiple occasions, drivers have shared their current location and asked me to come to them to pick up my delivery, which is a complete breach of standard delivery service. After enduring this daily struggle, I resorted to calling the iMile call center to raise a complaint. This proved to be utterly useless. Despite being promised same-day delivery, my package has still not been received. As of today, June 28th, I have been battling with iMile for three days over this same issue, with my delivery still undelivered. Adding insult to injury, iMile attempted to charge me a VAT amount that was never mentioned by AliExpress during the order process. This unexpected additional charge, on top of an already paid delivery fee, is unacceptable and reflects a concerning lack of transparency. While AliExpress products are generally good, this consistently poor and frustrating delivery experience with iMile forces me to consider stopping my orders from AliExpress altogether. The unreliability, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional conduct of iMile drivers and customer service are severely damaging the overall customer experience. I strongly advise anyone in the UAE expecting deliveries via iMile to be prepared for potential significant delays, repeated frustrating communication, and a generally unreliable service.
