“I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service provided by iMile South Africa. The experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
The tracking system was not updated when my parcel was out for delivery, leaving me with no visibility on its location. The delivery driver then claimed he could not find the address, despite this never being an issue with other logistics companies. When we attempted to assist by providing the location, he stated that his phone battery was too low to continue.
As a result, I was forced to follow the driver around in order to locate my own package, and ultimately had to collect it myself. Communication throughout this process was extremely poor and inefficient.
To make matters worse, this followed an earlier issue where my package was misplaced and went missing, causing further delays.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was unreliable, poorly managed, and highly inconvenient. I would not recommend this company to others.”
“Please hire educated people. Such a pathetic service from the delivery guy. He was very rude and bad body language. Treating the customer as trash. I have never seen such a worsen service in my entire life. I asked the delivery guy name but he afraid to say. If he knows that much then why he can’t treat his customers in a good way. I hope you are giving him salary. You should give proper training to your employees and hire educated people. There are millions of eligible people out there looking for job. Hire them train them.”
“The absolute worst! I am yet to receive my order. They claim I was unreachable and yet I do not have even 1 call from them. Their customer service is terrible, you get generic responses on whatsapp, you can’t reach them via number for calling. I've even sent emails & no responses to date. My AliExpress package is paid for including customs fees but absolutely nothing from iMile. They deserve ZERO stars!”
“They delivered my package to the wrong address. I let them know and included the photos they took proving they made a mistake. After 4 weeks I still don't have the issue resolved as they "need more time to investigate". Absolutely useless.”

Not to mention, they don't seem to be able to read a clearly and obviously correct address. Seriously, if you're ordering a package through Temu and end up with the horrible luck of iMile being the one to deliver your package, try to cancel the order immediately or ask Temu support to help you with changing who will do the delivery 👎🏻”

“If I could give a zero star review I would! I'm surprised this company is still in business with all of the negative reviews I've seen. iMile were delivering a package to my apartment block but instead of looking for my apartment and delivering it to my door they left it in plain view out on the street and it was stolen. iMile was hard to get in touch with and when I did the answers were generic and no help at all and when I suggested they should reimburse me for my stolen goods they suggested I take it up with the supplier, even though they did nothing wrong. If anyone is considering using this courier, please think again! They are so bad that the supplier of my goods has already stopped using them! I hope they go out of business!!!!”

2ndly You will receive a WhatsApp message from IMILE early in the morning informing you that the delivery person is on his way with your order. When the reality is, the delivery guy only appears after 6-7 hours or at times doesnt even bother to come the same day !!!!!
3rdly the contact information on the website or the automated options are usless !!! How do you speak to anyone or place a complaint???

My package was delayed endlessly with ZERO explanation, tracking updates are fake or completely useless, and customer service might as well not exist. No calls answered, no real responses, just copy-paste excuses and lies. They waste your time, test your patience, and clearly do not care about customers or parcels. This is hands down the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. iMile should not be trusted with anything. Avoid this company!”
