“Terrible service. Had one digit wrong in my phone number they have my email didn’t contact me via email, number didn’t work so they didn’t leave my package took it away again. Tried calling around 50 times, line was “busy”. When they did let me enter my tracking number it said it was invalid. Heard nothing from the company and still have not received my package worth over €250. Impossible to contact or get any information. Can’t even rate the customer service because there is none.”

However, despite multiple attempts to contact him via call and message, he has neither answered nor responded.

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been using AliExpress for years now and never had any issues. As soon as they changed to this useless shipping company, I have now had two separate packages marked as “unable to deliver, delivery address wrong”, when I full well know it isn’t, and they have not even attempted to re-deliver for 10 days past that point. Never will I be ordering from AliExpress again if they continue to utilise this shipping company, completely and utterly useless. You cannot contact them, when you do, they will apologise, tell you your order will be delivered within 3 days and close out the chat.”
“Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Package never arrived, they kept pretending to have attempted delivery…I kept having to “confirm my address” - this went on for an eternity, but they managed to send the package back to China very quickly so I honestly doubt that they even had it to begin with. Avoid at all costs!”
