I had unpleasant experience with the driver Asking 50 dhs tips for delivering my shein order. kindly remind your drivers to maintain professionalism and avoid asking customers for tips. Thank you for your understanding. This is not the first time.

If I could give a zero star review I would! I'm surprised this company is still in business with all of the negative reviews I've seen. iMile were delivering a package to my apartment block but instead of looking for my apartment and delivering it to my door they left it in plain view out on the street and it was stolen. iMile was hard to get in touch with and when I did the answers were generic and no help at all and when I suggested they should reimburse me for my stolen goods they suggested I take it up with the supplier, even though they did nothing wrong. If anyone is considering using this courier, please think again! They are so bad that the supplier of my goods has already stopped using them! I hope they go out of business!!!!

It's very very hard to reach their customer service and the worst part is that you couldn't even get a results in spite of numerous follow up. My order was not delivered (but paid), no action was been taken.

Extremely impressed with IMile Delivery. Package from Shein was delivered within 24 hours. The driver, Romeo, was very helpful and friendly.

Why cant I post a review even without Aone Star for an incompetent delivery company such as IMILE ??? They should literally just close their business and let only PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY COMPANIES handle deliveries. 1stly NONE OF THEIR DELIVERY GUYS EVER ANSWERUNLESS YOU CALL THEM 4-5 TIMES !!! 2ndly You will receive a WhatsApp message from IMILE early in the morning informing you that the delivery person is on his way with your order. When the reality is, the delivery guy only appears after 6-7 hours or at times doesnt even bother to come the same day !!!!! 3rdly the contact information on the website or the automated options are usless !!! How do you speak to anyone or place a complaint??? I have been waiting for 3 days for the IMILE delivery guy to pick my Shein return parcel!!! The items are worth Dhs 110/= and if the return time expires, who will pay me the Dhs 110/= ???? IMILE company or the delivery guy ????? Im most certainly dont want a "Sorry madam" or any excuse like "Sales department didnt inform the marketing department" story !!!!!!!!!

very poor service, should be close this company they are not in the service. they delivering the item without any confirmation and leaving the items without calling the owners of the package.

everything went wrong… they make fake delivery attempts(even at night) when im home, i try to email them or call them and there is no one replying, only the ai voice

Absolutely horrible and infuriating service. iMile is a joke of a delivery company. My package was delayed endlessly with ZERO explanation, tracking updates are fake or completely useless, and customer service might as well not exist. No calls answered, no real responses, just copy-paste excuses and lies. They waste your time, test your patience, and clearly do not care about customers or parcels. This is hands down the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. iMile should not be trusted with anything. Avoid this company!

I was waiting a pack from temu. I was at home all day when the delivery come. There were no doorring or phone call from the courier and sometime in the afternoon I noticed that something strange was in my garden. When I looked closely I realized that it was a big white bag. It was my package. The courier just threw it over my fence which is about 2 meters high. Insane and crazy. What did they think? Luckily there were no fragile item.

The worst delivery I've ever had . My fence is only 3ft high with a brick wall on either side . Instead of placing package inside the fence and behind wall the delivery person just put it on the footpath in front of the fence. Obviously they don't care if it gets stolen . Can only assume that the delivery person must have a grudge against people receiving parcels.

Absolutely terrible service. My pick-up was marked “out for pick-up” for 4–5 days and nobody came. The courier declined my calls over and over, and when he finally answered he said “I’m busy” and hung up. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable. This is not the first time iMile is consistently careless and irresponsible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst even 1 star they dont deserved.I expect that, your service is always like that. Why did you bring it to my location, it's only 10 minutes away from my house? Your reason is always like that. I hope you also give consideration to your customers, who can deliver to their homes when they are not at work. I just called customer service to raise my concern. I'm disappointed with your delivery service. Even my colleagues complain about your service.Before I checked out, I was checking the expected delivery because I need those items before I travel. Then now you're telling me to wait one week just because I'm not at work right now. Is it my fault that our salon is closed for the holidays?

I wish companies would stop using this 'delivery' service. They literally just take a photo of your parcel and dump it out the front of your house in plain sight of anyone walking past. 2 out of 5 deliveries from them have been stolen. I was home every time, and despite leaving a note on my gate for couriers to ring the bell or leave the package behind the gate, and contacting iMile to tell their drivers not to leave the packages in plain sight, they did anyway. Their customer service basically said, bad luck, they followed our standard operating procedures, not our problem. Absolutely terrible service.

Worst courier! They said that my details were incomplete that’s why they couldn’t deliver my parcel, next thing they put the status of out for delivery with the rider name and nubmer, but number wasnt even working. It was switched of when I tried the ffg day it was ringing but the person said he is not from Imile! Worst service ever!!!!!!

Lost orders and staff don't tell the truth when calling to find out where your package is; it's often somewhere in the warehouse. It's coming, they say. The tracking system doesn't even work. Try adding a tracking number. Also, there are no keypad options. Temu should fire them!
