“I've spent the last 48 hours contacting iMile to simply postpone a parcel being delivered as I will not be home (and where they leave parcels is often out in the open), and the only person who I have been able to contact has basically been completely unwilling to do a simple thing. I have worked in warehousing my entire adult life and know how simple it could be to simply locate a parcel, put it aside and make sure it isn't allocated to a delivery run until a certain time. Despite my lengthy requests etc. detailing why and that I need it done, 'Ken' at iMile via the email address has basically just said no, talk to the seller. The seller is aliexpress - and they direct me to contact the courier service as makes most sense too. As aliexpress is dealing with possibly a bot and/or someone who doesn't speak english as a first language, they completely misunderstood me and did the exact opposite of what I wanted - saying that they would expedite the delivery for priority delivery. Anyhow, now, despite my some 10 emails, the parcel appears to be going to be delivered tomorrow - the exact thing I have wasted hours trying to avoid in advance. Absolutely terrible iMile - pathetic. How difficult can it be ? To simply make sure for your customer that you don't deliver their parcel. Now it's going to be left out for a couple of days and possibly be stolen. Their POD showed they didn't deliver my parcel - it had a different name on it and address - and after 2 months of calling them up and getting the same robotic answers, still absolutely noone has assisted me. I have lost around $100 worth of goods, and I get the exact same script everytime I call. Absolutely disgusting customer service, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They should be shut down.”

“Worst Shipping Company I’ve Ever Dealt With (IMLE)
Unfortunately, my experience with IMLE has been extremely disappointing.
Customer service is non-existent — no one answers calls, no one responds, and there is zero follow-up.
They even marked the delivery as “failed attempt” despite the fact that no driver contacted me at all, and the order was sent back to the warehouse for no valid reason.
The staff are unhelpful, the service is unreliable, and the whole process shows a complete lack of professionalism.
Honestly, the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I do not recommend them to anyone.”

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, even though the correct address was clearly printed on the label. The driver left it at a house that’s been closed off due to fire damage — nobody even lives there!
When I went to check (it’s just around the corner), the parcel was already gone — stolen. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care or attention from the delivery driver.
To make things worse, you can’t reach anyone for help or accountability. I want to know what the consequences are for such negligence. By far the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with!”

“The driver has thrown parcels over our high fence for the last three deliveries and taken a photo from outside the gate. I wouldn’t have believed it until I saw it from my house — they didn’t even come in. The gate is easy to access, and there’s a sheltered porch just a few metres away. No other delivery company does this. All that said there is one positive they are very quick on delivery!”
“The drivers are extremely lazy. I have a clear driveway and an undercover front door. Instead of the drivers walking up and leaving parcels at the front door, they are leaving my parcels in my front garden, exposed to the rain and also potential theft as any passerby can take it. “I would like to raise a concern regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with one of your delivery drivers yesterday while returning a package.
The driver left me a WhatsApp message in the morning asking me to leave the return package outside my door. Unfortunately, I had left my phone at home and did not see the message, as I was out the entire day. At 5 PM, he called me and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner, shouting and questioning why I did not follow his instructions. I explained that I was not home, yet he continued to insist aggressively.
At that time, my partner was at home in the middle of a video meeting. The driver continuously knocked and even banged on the door, disturbing him, and was also rude when my partner interacted with him.
While I understand that collecting returns is part of his responsibility, such behavior—shouting at customers, showing aggression, and lacking professionalism—is completely unacceptable.
I kindly request that this incident be addressed, as no customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner.

It didn’t crawl into my hands until September 23rd—10 days AFTER their pathetic "guaranteed" delivery window (14th-16th). I called over 25 TIMES, wasting hours of my life listening to robotic apologies from clueless reps who couldn’t locate a parcel in a paper bag. Their excuse? A blatant lie about my address being “wrong”—even though THEY delivered here flawlessly just weeks prior! This isn’t incompetence; it’s fraudulent negligence.
I’ve escalated this to local news outlets to expose their shambolic operations. They’ve single-handedly ruined my event, wasted my money, and gaslit me into thinking I was the problem. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with iMile over the past two months has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve had three separate orders cancelled by the sending vendors because iMile failed to deliver the packages to my clearly listed office address—which is located in a well-known commercial area with a dedicated delivery dock and ample parking.
There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. Each time, the vendors confirmed that the issue was on iMile’s end. Despite having all the necessary access and infrastructure to receive deliveries, iMile somehow managed to botch it—repeatedly.
If you’re a business or professional relying on timely deliveries, I strongly recommend avoiding iMile. Their service has been unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately costly.”
