“No such thing as Customer Service in this company. I have had 2 parcels in one week not get delivered. I have tried multiple times on multiple platforms to get assistance through iMile, but each time I get the same response "the package has been delivered. If these packages did get delivered, it was to the wrong address. I have successfully received NUMEROUS packages over the past 6mths without any hassles at all, and now I have 2 in one week go missing through iMile. I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star, but the system won't allow no stars. Pathetic company to deal with.”
“If I could give zero stars, I would. iMile is hands down the most frustrating, unreliable, and incompetent delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My package (Tracking: 6030***********) was supposed to arrive within a three-day window. Instead, I’ve endured multiple failed delivery attempts, endless delays, and complete lack of communication.
Their service is a joke—zero accountability, no updates, and an utter inability to do the one thing they exist for: deliver a package on time. If you value your sanity, avoid iMile at all costs.”

“If only I could give negative stars, I would. After waiting for so many days, their tracking finally showed "out for delivery at 7:20am" this morning. I was home all day and all night by the door. The tracking system then said "Sorry we missed you, not safe for ATL" at 18:40. My security CCTV camera had all the footage evidence proving that the delivery person did not turn up at all. They simply lie to people pretending they attempted to deliver. However they never turn up. Copied my CCTV security camera footage as legal evidence.”

The delivery guy was super rude. Yesterday, they reached out to me about delivering my item, but I ended up waiting for 5 hours and it still didn’t show up. I told them I had to go to work, so I opted for delivery the next day. Now, someone messaged me at 9 AM asking for my location. I sent it and waited for a response, but nothing came. Then at 1:30 PM, they messaged me again asking for my building name and flat number. The guy replied that he was done delivering in my area and claimed I hadn’t given him my building name and flat number. How can you blame the customer like that? In the first message, you only asked for my location, and I thought you’d ask for the rest later!”
“Mohammad Atif, the delivery man assigned to me was so rude. You should give a proper training to your delivery how to deal with the customer in a nice way.
Given that he is not fluent in english but I am talking to him in a very nice way and giving the right instruction for my location that he will understand. Not all the delivery man are like him, I asked his EID and he said he doesn't have, even his name he don't know? This is the 2nd time he is assigned to my parcel since the first interaction his very rude to a customer, I don't know what his going through but he should not take that kind of job if he don,t know how to deal with people. Very bad service of this delivery man.”
