I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by iMile. The delivery experience was frustrating and unprofessional. My package was significantly delayed without any clear updates or explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received either no response or vague, unhelpful replies. The lack of transparency and poor communication made the entire process stressful. It is unacceptable for a logistics company to offer such inconsistent tracking and unreliable customer service. I expected better coordination and accountability.Unless there are major improvements in service quality and responsiveness, I would not recommend iMile for deliveries.
