“The worst service ever experienced!
No notification/message sent before delivery, the delivery associates are messy and lazy, they give a call once if you don't pick up that's it for the order until their time would suit to re-deliver, and if you do pick up the call they will ask you to reach their delivery vehicle to receive the order, so 'to-door' inception for a delivery doesn't exist!
The customer service on the other hand is helpless..
My 3 previous delivery experiences were completely unsatisfying.

“I am extremely disappointed with your delivery service. Every time, the delivery person fails to deliver the package, and on top of that, they are rude and even hung up on me! This is unacceptable.

Large online companies, such as Temu, rely on their data to confirm delivery leaving customers without goods, no proof for refunds or credit card charge back.
Where do all the undelivered items go?”
“Worst delivery company ever . They are rescheduling the delivery on their own without contacting us, the delivery guy is not responding and after they responded they talked in a very rude way and hung up on us !! They a declining our calls without any help from the customer service.”
“They delivered a package at 7:30 at night when we are closed - took 2 photos as a POD that are undecipherable & left the parcel in our waste bin (from what we can decipher from the POD) which was emptied the next morning.
This company should not be in business unless they can train & control their drivers better than this”
“My package has been 'out for delivery' three times and has still not been delivered. The tracking sheet is about a mile long - maybe that is why the company??? is called imile. Keep getting excuses like 'sorry I missed you' or 'unsafe to deliver'. No person or vehicle has been anywhere near my house. I have requested that Temu not use this 'delivery service' again. This company should not be allowed to operate in Australia.”
“I've been calling for 16 days, and they keep promising someone will pivk up the products.Yet ,no one has shown up, and I haven't received any updates. This is beyond frustrating! My refund is now at risk, and their complete lack of proffessionalism is unacceptable. I would never recomend this company. Avoid them at all costs.”

“Have had two parcels failed to be delivered by these couriers. And the customer support team is an absolute joke and do not respond. There is no update saying where my parcel can be picked up by and the location I put for delivery is work so I am always there when they try to deliver. This is hands down the worst courier team and should be banned from Australia. Money and time has been lost and I cannot fathom anyone actually liking them”

“No such thing as Customer Service in this company. I have had 2 parcels in one week not get delivered. I have tried multiple times on multiple platforms to get assistance through iMile, but each time I get the same response "the package has been delivered. If these packages did get delivered, it was to the wrong address. I have successfully received NUMEROUS packages over the past 6mths without any hassles at all, and now I have 2 in one week go missing through iMile. I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star, but the system won't allow no stars. Pathetic company to deal with.”
“If only I could give negative stars, I would. After waiting for so many days, their tracking finally showed "out for delivery at 7:20am" this morning. I was home all day and all night by the door. The tracking system then said "Sorry we missed you, not safe for ATL" at 18:40. My security CCTV camera had all the footage evidence proving that the delivery person did not turn up at all. They simply lie to people pretending they attempted to deliver. However they never turn up. Copied my CCTV security camera footage as legal evidence.”
“Mohammad Atif, the delivery man assigned to me was so rude. You should give a proper training to your delivery how to deal with the customer in a nice way.
Given that he is not fluent in english but I am talking to him in a very nice way and giving the right instruction for my location that he will understand. Not all the delivery man are like him, I asked his EID and he said he doesn't have, even his name he don't know? This is the 2nd time he is assigned to my parcel since the first interaction his very rude to a customer, I don't know what his going through but he should not take that kind of job if he don,t know how to deal with people. Very bad service of this delivery man.”

“I placed an order on SheIn on the 10th of January 2025. Yesterday I saw that my parcel was stuck since Saturday. I also saw in the app that my parcel was damaged. I decided to contact Imile. They told me that my parcel has been declared damaged. Nobody even called nor emailed me regarding this matter. I had to contact them and find that out. This is the worst service I ever received in my history of ordering with Shein.”
