“The worst service ever experienced!
No notification/message sent before delivery, the delivery associates are messy and lazy, they give a call once if you don't pick up that's it for the order until their time would suit to re-deliver, and if you do pick up the call they will ask you to reach their delivery vehicle to receive the order, so 'to-door' inception for a delivery doesn't exist!
The customer service on the other hand is helpless..
My 3 previous delivery experiences were completely unsatisfying.

iMile is HORRID!
Bought myself a wig from such an AMAZING company, they have been responsive… as for iMile, you seem like such the biggest scammers. Not only was it meant to be delivered ONE MONTH AGO, but that week it should had been here by, you didn’t update the postage UNTIL I contacted the seller, and they put an investigation onto your company. Waited one more week, three weeks went by, eventually got an email saying that they lost my package. HOW THE HELL DO YOU LOSE A PACKAGE!?! So now the seller sent out another wig, sadly they had no choice in choosing who delivers as it’s an international delivery. I swear if you loose the next wig! WTF!?! Also must be super recent, because a place I bought a wig from ages ago is now using this same postage line. What do you do with all your parcels?! Why is there no number for Australia? Seems like a massive scam! If I cannot get a refund if these next few deliveries don’t turn up because of your company, I will honestly go to the cops to investigate this shipment place or at least have this company noted down. (The wig company said it was being delivered by DHL, it was not, it is through iMile now, highly disappointed, hopefully these wigs get to me and people change to another international shipment company.)”

“I would not recommend this service , I booked for delivery and they charge me twice, and it says I bought the item online which is literally a gift from my cousin. And the thing is they can’t even provide the contact number of the company they claimed I ordered the items from. Which is literally a gift from my cousin. Wednesday, they called me in the morning once and never called back. They would not know that the customer maybe in a meeting or busythe time they called.
Yesterday, the lady called me and confirmed with her the address, and she confirmed it will be delivered the following day.
Today, the delivery person called me at 3:10 pm to tell me we have two adresses one in DIFC (which I don't have a clue about it) and second is my real address. Surprisingly, he said he cant deliver it today as Tecom is not his area!!!
Let's what is next drama tomorrow then.

“This is the worst courier company in UAE . No one is serious in this company . From the drivers to the ones responsible for carrying out the day to day operations . It baffles me how so many brands have partnered with this courier company as it provides the worst service ever. If you are buying from any of the brands that have partnered with Imile , and you intend to gift it to your loved ones , be assure that Imile will take 1-2 weeks to deliver your order . “They didn't knock on the door or even attempt to leave the package on my property, I have been home every day and they never knocked on the door. The package was left on the street not even on my property and it must've been stolen. They took a picture apparently when it was delivered and it was supposed to be 11:30am yet in this picture it's completely dark outside and definitely was not delivered at that time they say. Terrible delivery service, they should be forced to cover the costs of my stolen package. Amazon terms and services say it must be left in a secure location and if unable to contact owner they will attempt 3 times to deliver it again. They've broken their own terms of services, i've lost $100 and a package which has been stolen due to this terrible delivery service. Here's a tip, next time if you have to actually leave the package it's not so hard to actually walk onto the property or leave it at the front door because on the street outside the fence is unacceptable that's not even a secure location or on my property. How can that be considered delivered to address if it's not on my property?”
“Imile, drives are not trained and ill mannered. Seller agreed to deliver us an urgent package but I- mike driver lied to us and rather than delivered by the package on time Saturday evening escaped for his early weekend. We kept trying but he blocked our contact number .”
