No such thing as Customer Service in this company. I have had 2 parcels in one week not get delivered. I have tried multiple times on multiple platforms to get assistance through iMile, but each time I get the same response "the package has been delivered. If these packages did get delivered, it was to the wrong address. I have successfully received NUMEROUS packages over the past 6mths without any hassles at all, and now I have 2 in one week go missing through iMile. I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star, but the system won't allow no stars. Pathetic company to deal with.
