They should literally just close their business and let only PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY COMPANIES handle deliveries.\r\n1stly NONE OF THEIR DELIVERY GUYS EVER ANSWERUNLESS YOU CALL THEM 4-5 TIMES !!!\r\n2ndly You will receive a WhatsApp message from IMILE early in the morning informing you that the delivery person is on his way with your order. When the reality is, the delivery guy only appears after 6-7 hours or at times doesnt even bother to come the same day !!!!!\r\n3rdly the contact information on the website or the automated options are usless !!! How do you speak to anyone or place a complaint???\r\nI have been waiting for 3 days for the IMILE delivery guy to pick my Shein return parcel!!!\r\nThe items are worth Dhs 110\/= and if the return time expires, who will pay me the Dhs 110\/= ???? "Several items in one package, not delivered to correct address. They blame their G.P.S. and l still don't have my items. The photos they used aren't my address. Have little if any ideas on how l get my items or a refund."
