The driver has thrown parcels over our high fence for the last three deliveries and taken a photo from outside the gate. I wouldn’t have believed it until I saw it from my house — they didn’t even come in. The gate is easy to access, and there’s a sheltered porch just a few metres away. No other delivery company does this. All that said there is one positive they are very quick on delivery!

The drivers are extremely lazy. I have a clear driveway and an undercover front door. Instead of the drivers walking up and leaving parcels at the front door, they are leaving my parcels in my front garden, exposed to the rain and also potential theft as any passerby can take it. I have made several attempts to contact iMile to address this, each request has resulted in no change.

Several items in one package, not delivered to correct address. They blame their G.P.S. and l still don't have my items. The photos they used aren't my address. Have little if any ideas on how l get my items or a refund.

I would like to raise a concern regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with one of your delivery drivers yesterday while returning a package. The driver left me a WhatsApp message in the morning asking me to leave the return package outside my door. Unfortunately, I had left my phone at home and did not see the message, as I was out the entire day. At 5 PM, he called me and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner, shouting and questioning why I did not follow his instructions. I explained that I was not home, yet he continued to insist aggressively. At that time, my partner was at home in the middle of a video meeting. The driver continuously knocked and even banged on the door, disturbing him, and was also rude when my partner interacted with him. While I understand that collecting returns is part of his responsibility, such behavior—shouting at customers, showing aggression, and lacking professionalism—is completely unacceptable. I kindly request that this incident be addressed, as no customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

This company is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Ordered my parcel September 3rd for a critical event, and guess what? It didn’t crawl into my hands until September 23rd—10 days AFTER their pathetic "guaranteed" delivery window (14th-16th). I called over 25 TIMES, wasting hours of my life listening to robotic apologies from clueless reps who couldn’t locate a parcel in a paper bag. Their excuse? A blatant lie about my address being “wrong”—even though THEY delivered here flawlessly just weeks prior! This isn’t incompetence; it’s fraudulent negligence. I’ve escalated this to local news outlets to expose their shambolic operations. They’ve single-handedly ruined my event, wasted my money, and gaslit me into thinking I was the problem. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH A PAPERCLIP, let alone your hard-earned cash. This company is a dumpster fire of broken promises and ineptitude. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE—choose literally anyone else.

Can't deliver to an address,that has parcels delivered a week ago. Just lazy to look properly. Poor service on dealing with me . Actually hung up me . Not great service . And no the vendor will loose my custom .

Extremely Disappointed – Repeated Delivery Failures I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with iMile over the past two months has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve had three separate orders cancelled by the sending vendors because iMile failed to deliver the packages to my clearly listed office address—which is located in a well-known commercial area with a dedicated delivery dock and ample parking. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. Each time, the vendors confirmed that the issue was on iMile’s end. Despite having all the necessary access and infrastructure to receive deliveries, iMile somehow managed to botch it—repeatedly. If you’re a business or professional relying on timely deliveries, I strongly recommend avoiding iMile. Their service has been unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately costly.

Incredibly unprofessional. Made a complaint about a driver and now he refuses to deliver to me and what makes it worse is that after sending management an email about driver, their response was, well what do you expect when you made a complaint about him! I expect better than that!

I had one of the worst delivery experiences ever with iMile. For more than a week, I kept asking them to deliver my SHEIN order to my clinic between 9 a.m.–3 p.m., but they completely ignored this and only called after 5–7 p.m., when the clinic was closed. Our clinic is on the 4th floor of a busy medical complex, yet the driver refused to bring the parcel upstairs. Instead, they demanded that our secretary leave patients, go down eight floors, and meet them on the street. When I contacted customer service, they said this is their “policy” and that they do not deliver to floors or apartments. This is completely unprofessional, inconvenient, and unacceptable for a global brand’s delivery partner. iMile made the whole experience stressful and frustrating, and I will never deal with them again. If companies like SHEIN continue using iMile, I will think twice before ordering

If I could give it a "minus " star I would have ,had a delivery assigned to a delivery driver for 10 days until I got through with an email asking them have you asked driver where is it ?.. after emails back and forth they finally admited they had "lost" it. It was in their depot for 12 days [by their tracking advice] customer service treated me with contempt and just said case closed . BAD BAD BAD never again

Been buying items on Aliexpress for eight years!!!. Parcel delivery has never been a problem as my delivery address for anything sent to me is an Australia Post Post Office box. Suddenly, it appears that three of my parcels have been recorded as "address not known" and "parcel unable to be delivered" with no follow up. At the same time I start receiving emails from a company called "iMile" that I have never heard of before, telling me that my delivery address is "unknown" and therefore they want me to give them internet access to my phone's location so delivery might be possible. What's the problem?? Is this iMile thing a scam so someone can find and rob my house, has Aliexpress given it's deliveries to some cheap company whose drivers cant recognise a suburban Post Office?, or has Aliexpress really dropped the ball and stopped using the delivery channel via the Post Office to save money? If I could give iMile minus Stars I would. After eight years!!! no problems with delivery, now suddenly iMile and no deliveries. I would like to find out what the heck has happened!!

iMile opened the box, stole a watch, patched the box with clear tape, and now they said they are not responsible since the package was delivered. They are not trustworthy.

IMILE is a very bad and incompetent company. I have been waiting for my parcel since 2 August and I haven’t received it even now!!! It’s been stuck on shipping from Johannesburg for 3 days now

Taxes have been paid, but they keep on sending msg stating that package will be sent back due to unpaid charges. I have called 4 times and sent proof of payment twice already, just to here my package is unpaid and will be sent back. Incompetent customer service.
