“Why cant I post a review even without Aone Star for an incompetent delivery company such as IMILE ??? They should literally just close their business and let only PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY COMPANIES handle deliveries.
1stly NONE OF THEIR DELIVERY GUYS EVER ANSWERUNLESS YOU CALL THEM 4-5 TIMES !!!
2ndly You will receive a WhatsApp message from IMILE early in the morning informing you that the delivery person is on his way with your order. When the reality is, the delivery guy only appears after 6-7 hours or at times doesnt even bother to come the same day !!!!!
3rdly the contact information on the website or the automated options are usless !!! How do you speak to anyone or place a complaint???
I have been waiting for 3 days for the IMILE delivery guy to pick my Shein return parcel!!!
The items are worth Dhs 110/= and if the return time expires, who will pay me the Dhs 110/= ???? IMILE company or the delivery guy ????? Im most certainly dont want a "Sorry madam" or any excuse like "Sales department didnt inform the marketing department" story !!!!!!!!!”

“Absolutely horrible and infuriating service. iMile is a joke of a delivery company. My package was delayed endlessly with ZERO explanation, tracking updates are fake or completely useless, and customer service might as well not exist. No calls answered, no real responses, just copy-paste excuses and lies. They waste your time, test your patience, and clearly do not care about customers or parcels. This is hands down the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. iMile should not be trusted with anything. Avoid this company!”

“I was waiting a pack from temu. I was at home all day when the delivery come. There were no doorring or phone call from the courier and sometime in the afternoon I noticed that something strange was in my garden. When I looked closely I realized that it was a big white bag. It was my package. The courier just threw it over my fence which is about 2 meters high. Insane and crazy. What did they think? Luckily there were no fragile item.”
“The worst delivery I've ever had . My fence is only 3ft high with a brick wall on either side . Instead of placing package inside the fence and behind wall the delivery person just put it on the footpath in front of the fence. Obviously they don't care if it gets stolen . Can only assume that the delivery person must have a grudge against people receiving parcels.”
“Absolutely terrible service. My pick-up was marked “out for pick-up” for 4–5 days and nobody came. The courier declined my calls over and over, and when he finally answered he said “I’m busy” and hung up. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable.
This is not the first time iMile is consistently careless and irresponsible.

I hope you also give consideration to your customers, who can deliver to their homes when they are not at work. I just called customer service to raise my concern. “I wish companies would stop using this 'delivery' service. They literally just take a photo of your parcel and dump it out the front of your house in plain sight of anyone walking past.
2 out of 5 deliveries from them have been stolen. I was home every time, and despite leaving a note on my gate for couriers to ring the bell or leave the package behind the gate, and contacting iMile to tell their drivers not to leave the packages in plain sight, they did anyway.
Their customer service basically said, bad luck, they followed our standard operating procedures, not our problem.

“Lost orders and staff don't tell the truth when calling to find out where your package is; it's often somewhere in the warehouse. It's coming, they say. The tracking system doesn't even work. Try adding a tracking number. Also, there are no keypad options. Temu should fire them!”

I ordered something from Trendyol. One of this company’s delivery drivers contacted me and said my package was ready to deliver and asked me to send my location.
Now it’s been 5 days, He keeps on saying that he couldn’t deliver today*but will deliver tomorrow.
This guy daily calls me and uses the word `tomorrow’. I’m fed up of hearing this.
And their customer service is good for nothing. Simply they ask a few questions and they do nothing.
I don’t know why a big online store like Trendyol chose this terrible company. There are many professional courier companies in the UAE."”
“I've spent the last 48 hours contacting iMile to simply postpone a parcel being delivered as I will not be home (and where they leave parcels is often out in the open), and the only person who I have been able to contact has basically been completely unwilling to do a simple thing. I have worked in warehousing my entire adult life and know how simple it could be to simply locate a parcel, put it aside and make sure it isn't allocated to a delivery run until a certain time. Despite my lengthy requests etc. detailing why and that I need it done, 'Ken' at iMile via the email address has basically just said no, talk to the seller. The seller is aliexpress - and they direct me to contact the courier service as makes most sense too. As aliexpress is dealing with possibly a bot and/or someone who doesn't speak english as a first language, they completely misunderstood me and did the exact opposite of what I wanted - saying that they would expedite the delivery for priority delivery. Anyhow, now, despite my some 10 emails, the parcel appears to be going to be delivered tomorrow - the exact thing I have wasted hours trying to avoid in advance. Absolutely terrible iMile - pathetic. How difficult can it be ? To simply make sure for your customer that you don't deliver their parcel. Now it's going to be left out for a couple of days and possibly be stolen. “An absolute SCAM of a company. Their POD showed they didn't deliver my parcel - it had a different name on it and address - and after 2 months of calling them up and getting the same robotic answers, still absolutely noone has assisted me. I have lost around $100 worth of goods, and I get the exact same script everytime I call. Absolutely disgusting customer service, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They should be shut down.”
