“I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with iMile, the delivery company handling my recent AliExpress orders in the UAE. My experience, specifically concerning an order with 16 items, has been nothing short of a complete disaster.
Initially, iMile contacted me for my exact location, which I provided clearly. However, for reasons unknown to me, their system or drivers seem unable to recognize or navigate to this location. Instead, they consistently update my delivery address to a "nearest landmark" that is approximately 8 minutes away from my actual address, causing immense confusion and delays.
The daily struggle with their delivery process is unacceptable:
Constant Redirection: Every day, a different iMile driver contacts me, again asking for my location. After I provide it, they frequently apologize and state that my zone is "not their delivery zone," promising that another driver will deliver it "tomorrow."
Lack of Communication: Sometimes, after receiving my location, drivers simply stop responding, leaving me in the dark about my package's status.
Unprofessional Pick-up Requests: On multiple occasions, drivers have shared their current location and asked me to come to them to pick up my delivery, which is a complete breach of standard delivery service.
After enduring this daily struggle, I resorted to calling the iMile call center to raise a complaint. This proved to be utterly useless. Despite being promised same-day delivery, my package has still not been received. As of today, June 28th, I have been battling with iMile for three days over this same issue, with my delivery still undelivered.
Adding insult to injury, iMile attempted to charge me a VAT amount that was never mentioned by AliExpress during the order process. This unexpected additional charge, on top of an already paid delivery fee, is unacceptable and reflects a concerning lack of transparency.
While AliExpress products are generally good, this consistently poor and frustrating delivery experience with iMile forces me to consider stopping my orders from AliExpress altogether. The unreliability, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional conduct of iMile drivers and customer service are severely damaging the overall customer experience.
I strongly advise anyone in the UAE expecting deliveries via iMile to be prepared for potential significant delays, repeated frustrating communication, and a generally unreliable service.”

My package was significantly delayed without any clear updates or explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received either no response or vague, unhelpful replies. The lack of transparency and poor communication made the entire process stressful. It is unacceptable for a logistics company to offer such inconsistent tracking and unreliable customer service. I expected better coordination and accountability.Unless there are major improvements in service quality and responsiveness, I would not recommend iMile for deliveries.”
