The worst courier service I came across in Australia. They are holding on to my parcel for since 3 April with no intent of delivery. Today is the 12 April. They said they tried to deliver unable to leave package in safe place. There was someone home all day the delivery driver never attempted the delivery. Emailed several times the response was they are trying to find what happened. Never r
I have been reading all the other reviews with 1.2 rating people who never received their parcels, delivery drivers stealing parcels, customer service lying to and cheating people.
I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and contact NSW office of fair trading. I will also go the NSW Police. I think it is a crime accepting payment for service with no intent of delivery.
This courier should not be allowed to trade in Australia

“It’s entirely my fault that I decided to trust imiles with my package, whatever little responsibility they show it’s when the package is up for cash on delivery , whereas they never contact or pick up call if payment has been made earlier. A small amount took the blow this time, but lesson learned, never another purchase from SHEIN unless they stop partnering with this ridiculous scammer service provider.”

“Before you buy anything online check if the delivering company is imile. If so, do not even think of buying it. Otherwise, you will wait for ever, when you call no one answers, rude delivery personnel, blame you for their mistakes and everytime you call they tell you tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.

“The most unsatisfactory service provider one could ever encounter. I had the worst experience with a carrier named Mohamed Bilal. It's truly unsafe to engage with individuals like him. He displayed not only rudeness and disrespect but also irrational behavior. I was on the verge of reporting him to the authorities, not just for his company's negligence, as they seem careless anyway and unlikely to address his misconduct towards customers. A company like Shein shouldn't really deal with such careless service providers.”

“I ordered from SHEIN and imile was the courier, I had to put my banking details on the imile website to pay for the tariff fee and delivery fee. A few days later I noticed of my banking app that huge amounts of money was being taken out my card from “Yango Dubai”. I had to block my card and get a new one which I’m still busy doing. I still haven’t gotten my SHEIN order either, it’s been 2 weeks.”
