“I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behavior of your delivery personnel, Javed (Car DXB, Muhammad Taimor).
I requested a small favor to have my order delivered slightly earlier, by 12:00 noon. He mentioned he was already nearby—just 5 minutes away—but still flatly refused without even offering a polite explanation or an apology. His tone was rude and dismissive, which made the interaction very unpleasant.
I understand that schedules can be tight, but a little courtesy and basic communication go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction. I hope appropriate action is taken and that your team is reminded of the importance of respectful customer service.
He also just left my parcel at the reception without contacting he just send picture that he was in the location

“They are the worst courier company ever. If you ring their phone number no one answers. Just says can’t take calls, mailbox full. Delivery notification says incorrect address, which is rubbish. Then it goes back to depot again, then assigned to driver. Today I have received a notice saying delivery delay. I will never use them again. Have notified Temu. It is so frustrating and certainly not the way to run a company. Have no idea where my parcel is.”

“My package arrived in New Zealand, was transfered to delivery in my city, assigned to a driver and it never turned up. No more tracking updates. The phone number just goes to message saying inbox full and the WhatsApp messaging is answered by a bot that redirects you into a never ending loop of automated messages. Temu have refunded my money, but imile are a bunch of crooks.”

“My package has been 'out for delivery' three times and has still not been delivered. The tracking sheet is about a mile long - maybe that is why the company??? is called imile. Keep getting excuses like 'sorry I missed you' or 'unsafe to deliver'. No person or vehicle has been anywhere near my house. I have requested that Temu not use this 'delivery service' again. This company should not be allowed to operate in Australia.”
