“received the package. The scheduled date is being constantly revised. They don't respond even to the seller, let alone to me. Phone number with selections that take you in a circle, and AI generated automated emails. Horrible experience.”
“They delivered a package at 7:30 at night when we are closed - took 2 photos as a POD that are undecipherable & left the parcel in our waste bin (from what we can decipher from the POD) which was emptied the next morning.
This company should not be in business unless they can train & control their drivers better than this”

Can’t they read the district I placed on my address and assign someone that can deliver it? Very poor management, very stupid couriers, and worst customer support, they’re badly trained and rude on the phone. They offer no help. Even in the complaints section. And the chat is laughable.
