I've been calling for 16 days, and they keep promising someone will pivk up the products.Yet ,no one has shown up, and I haven't received any updates. This is beyond frustrating! My refund is now at risk, and their complete lack of proffessionalism is unacceptable. I would never recomend this company. Avoid them at all costs.
