The most laidback company I have had to deal with ever. The staff are perhaps only trained to be courteous and apologetic. There is no communication between the carrier, driver and the customer. It’s five days to date since I have been waiting for my order which has arrived in the country. Speaking to customer service is as good as speaking to a wall. - 30 May 2023, Sharjah.
