Horrible service and policies. Apparently, delivery was attempted ONE time, but I received no call and nobody came to my home. The package was returned to sender before I was even notified there was a delivery issue. I contacted customer service a week before and was told to be tiene, my package was waiting to be delivered. Then, out of nowhere, it was returned with 0 attempts made. Scum. They deserve 0 stars they were so incompetent and awful.
