I'm so devastated...Shein shipped my parcel in 2023 Nov 26 and today its 10 Jan 2024..Shein directed me to them...and they sent me an email that my parcel of 1500 has been destroyed because the link expired ..but I didn't even receive any correspondence from them...so i can pay for customs if i had to...my children didn't have Xmas clothes and they tell me their clothes were destroyed. I must contact Shein for a refund
