I had scheduled a return, the delivery man called me once, I failed to pick up the call so without even trying for the second time he mentioned “he called me twice but I did not pick up”. After that I have called the service center 3 times, but it has been a week and yet no one has come to pick up my return. They told me they will collect it on Friday, they did not even call me and mentioned that “we called but phone was switched off”. Such blatant lies and such terrible service. It’s been more than a week and yet no one has come to pick up my return parcel.
