Couriers very rude and refuse delivery and delay parcels for days. Customer service is useless and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from this company. I never would have used them but Aliexpress automatically chose them to deliver my items and it feels like a curse everytime I get the notification. None of my parcels have been delivered.
