I am sending my location thru all the options they’ve asked, Google maps, current location in whatsapp & national address from SPL apps. But it keeps replaying “incorrect address”. I try to contact thru whatsapp the delivery guy, but the 1st delivery guy doesn't want to send in faisaleyah district. The second delivery guy just sent message once that they have the package but no response after that. I kept contacting them, still no clear response.
BAD Company, BAD staff, overall disappointment.
