The worst courier service I came across… The worst courier service I came across in Australia. They are holding on to my parcel for since 3 April with no intent of delivery. Today is the 12 April. They said they tried to deliver unable to leave package in safe place. There was someone home all day the delivery driver never attempted the delivery. Emailed several times the response was they are trying to find what happened. Never r I have been reading all the other reviews with 1.2 rating people who never received their parcels, delivery drivers stealing parcels, customer service lying to and cheating people. I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and contact NSW office of fair trading. I will also go the NSW Police. I think it is a crime accepting payment for service with no intent of delivery.
