I'm sorry to report : Tracking information is lacking details - you never know where the package is and why it might sit for days, drivers never call, never know what day they will deliver. Packages sit for days after customs without being picked up. Packages have a hard time achieving the actual delivery date. Drivers seem to be frustrated definitely not friendly. Other companies delivery days sometimes weeks faster when both packages have gone through customs and waiting to be picked up. Also packages might sit for days not being delivered to customs for approval. I hope you can do better, I would like to give a great positive review.
