My home is secured by a 5ft gate that is padlocked. Most deliveries are left at the gate given it is well out of sight from the main road. IMile's driver decided it was acceptable to THROW 3 packages over our gate instead of simply placing them outside like any normal person. Not only is this sort of handling completely unacceptable, the driver did not know the contents of the packages and could have damaged anything inside. Thanks to driver's lack of care our dog has now torn open the packages, invalidating the strict returns policy for the items inside and which are now dirty.
