I am so disappointed at this imile whatsoever courier company. I paid for taxes and money was debited from my account. I called them and spoke to a lady called Charmaine. She sent me a blank email and asked me to forward proof of payment. I did send all the proof and it has been 7days with no response. I was advised via email that if I don't pay for taxes my order will be returned back. I am so heartbroken and I would not recommend anyone to ever use their services again. They are full of BS.
