Stars should be 0 because they are frustrating. This is not the 1st time this happened. Order not delivered on time. No one answers complaints via their whatsapp and email. Tracking is manipulated to change delivery date without permission. We don't need an AI to answer our query because if actual person can't even explain the reason for late delivery then how can an AI do that.
