Said my order was out for delivery today, then i checked the map tracker and saw that it hadn't even left their facility, tried calling, messaging, etc. and no real person responded other than their unhelpful bot. I tried asking it for actual customer support and it put me in a queue that literally was just stuck on 2 in line for like half an hour, terrible customer service, i hope everything i order is never assigned to this horrible courier.
