I never had issues with them before, until recently a package was marked as "delivered and signed off by receiver" but I did not receive anything.
The assigned person said maybe I changed my location and he could not remember delivering to the location I set. He was just nonchalant as if now it's my responsibility to go out and search where he left my package.
On their site it shows the correct address. How could he just say I changed my address?
I even checked with our building security and there was no record of iMile delivery on the date that my package was marked as delivered.
Customer service is automated and there's no proper response except for an automated message.
