Parcel said attempted delivery went out for delivery in Brisbane and I live in the Gold Coast which is a hour away, delivery was out for 10 minutes then said it couldn’t be delivered.
They literally didn’t even try to deliver it, they only have a WhatsApp contact chat which times you out.
No pick up address no other contact details, this is appalling I don’t know why any company would use them.
