I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor service provided by your courier company. I received a message stating that my parcel is with your delivery boy, Malik (Contact No: 0526298960), since this morning. However, despite multiple attempts to contact him via call and message, he has neither answered nor responded.
To make matters worse, this is not the first time your service has failed to deliver my parcel on time. This is the second instance where the delivery has been delayed or failed altogether. Such repeated unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
The lack of accountability, unresponsive communication, and repeated delivery failures make this one of the worst courier services I have ever used. I would not even consider giving your service a single star based on my experience.
I urge you to take immediate action against this delivery boy and improve the quality of your service. Please prioritize resolving this issue and ensure that my parcel is delivered without further delay.
