Terrible service. Had one digit wrong in my phone number they have my email didn’t contact me via email, number didn’t work so they didn’t leave my package took it away again. Tried calling around 50 times, line was “busy”. When they did let me enter my tracking number it said it was invalid. Heard nothing from the company and still have not received my package worth over €250. Impossible to contact or get any information. Can’t even rate the customer service because there is none.
