I mile is the worst courier I’ve ever experienced. It takes two hours to contact an agent. They never respond to anything. I think they purposely honestly purposely delay their package times. I am so frustrated. I hate this company with a passion. I hope it shuts down. it is the worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life.
