My notification showed they dropped my package at my parcel locker and shows available for collection and that it was delivered on the 19th. It’s not there. I go into their own tracking website and they say they delivered it on the 19th but sent it back to DS on the 20th. No customer service and no idea where my package is right before Christmas. Useless.
