I placed an order on SheIn on the 10th of January 2025. Yesterday I saw that my parcel was stuck since Saturday. I also saw in the app that my parcel was damaged. I decided to contact Imile. They told me that my parcel has been declared damaged. Nobody even called nor emailed me regarding this matter. I had to contact them and find that out. This is the worst service I ever received in my history of ordering with Shein.
