I’ve been sending emails for over a week now regarding a delivery issue with my package. Despite the tracking status stating that the package was delivered, I did not receive my package!
It has now been a week, and I have not received any response or assistance from your team. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the seriousness of the issue. I will be forced to escalate this matter further through the seller I purchased from, lodge a complaint with consumer protection authorities, and share my experience publicly. I believe it is quite unprofessional and disrespectful to treat a customer like this.
