I was disappointed in not getting my easy one page translation within the advertised 24 hours. They told me there was a delay, since the volume of German translations was significantly higher than usual. So it took 36 hours for the first draft and another 23 hours to revise it and get the final translation.
Maybe it‘ll be better to inform the customers before their order when there is a delay for certain languages. Expecting the translation within 24 hours, but getting it after almost 2.5 days might be too late for some customers.
