Process took a little longer than usual, i submitted my birth cert. and received it two - three days later. They claim to have a turn over time of 24 hours for two documents and a little longer for documents more than two copies but i only sent out one and didn’t get a response for a two days after being processed then when asked to review i had to wait an addition two days to receive it in the mail. All in all, i would recommend this company to anyone looking to have documents translated, very professional staff and great customer service. Thank y’all for your service!
