I made a mistake on my initial purchase (duplicated it) and it was refunded immediately. It then only took a couple of days to get my notarized translation PDF, and then a couple more for it to arrive in the mail as well! Awesome, and I will recommend you folks to anyone who need something like this! Thank you.
