Even though they finally interpreted I had to email several times just to hear response, and when they interpreted simple 1 page birth certificate it happened late at night, I got email requesting to review and approve it. It had several errors and we had to go back and forward to have it corrected. I had to tell them that i’ll call credit card to cancel order and a few hours later got email, I wouldn’t recommend. There are other companies you can call and speak to a person during regular hours and they respond, follow up and do at lower price with great service.
