Delivery was quick, and well organised. Packaging was good. The time taken to build the furniture said 2 hours but I think that was the record! It took us nearer 12 hours, and we're not inexperienced. The instructions were faint and quite confusing. With time, we got through it. When we put the drawers in they were completely out of line, which was really frustrating and disappointing. They were wonky and the one that was straight was about 1cm too high so poked over the top of the unit. Not something that could be left/ ignored, or easily adjusted. This was not because of us doing anything wrong, the holes that were there were not correct. With a fair bit of stress and, thankfully the skill of my build-partner, we were able to drill new holes in the correct place for the runners and line it up properly. After doing that, though, I am pleased with the end result. It is a nice piece of furniture, I just wish it was more accurately made. It has left me slightly reluctant to buy from Impact Furniture again. I think if I do I will have to mentally prepare myself for the build process and be prepared to make changes.
